I was able to call when I had questions , they always got back to me within 24 hours of my call but the majority of the time someone answered the phone and assisted me. And what I found was the highest integrity and transparency. I found Sermons Law firm. In my first consult via phone, I was educated on the what, the who, the when, the why and how. I received answers to questions I never even knew to ask. And yes, that was in the first consult. I was informed of the timeline and fees up front, which did not change at the end. My calls for updated statuses during the process were received with utmost respect. The end of those calls never left me wondering. There was a sense of compassion and understanding which made me feel valued, and throughout the process I was indeed a valued client.
