Brian is a dedicated husband, attorney, and Jacksonville native who graduated from Allen D. Nease High School and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Florida. He followed his passion for law at Florida Coastal School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate and a specialized certificate in Family Law.

Brian’s compassion and commitment to fairness are evident in his family law practice, which covers divorce, injunctions for protection against domestic violence, paternity establishment, time-sharing, relocation, and modification issues. Additionally, Brian helps families with probate matters as one of Sermons Law’s probate attorneys.  He handles estate administration, assesses the validity of wills and trusts, and addresses issues related to will interpretation, executor duties, and beneficiary rights.

Early on in his legal career, Brian developed a strong foundation in tax law, focusing on resolving disputes and advocating for clients facing civil penalties from the IRS. His tax law experience complements his primary practice areas, which include family law and probate matters.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending quality time with his precious wife and their two dogs.
